GIN

Made from 100% organic grain neutral spirits infused with 12 superior botanicals, and crafted from the union of two choice recipes. Nippitaty’s flagship gin is a crisp, balanced, and clean.

We created this Gin for both the gin lover and those who have experienced a "Gincodent" (when you have a bad gin experience and swear it off forever).  This incredibly balanced spirit has even been referred to as a"spice cabinet of flavor" by International Spirits Review. 

The Gin has a citrus nose that comes from grapefruit, lemon and orange peel.  There is a cacophony of spices in the middle ranging from chamomile, cardamom, coriander, and a shadow of Juniper.  The finish starts cool and then a small wave of cinnamon. We decided to pull back the juniper and let the other botanicals shine

In case for both of these products, we have intended to enhance and not over power your cocktail. Both are excellent with Soda and citrus, Collins, Gimlets Mules as well as complex cocktails such as Corpse Revivers.

Botanica is a devilishly smooth spirit with hints of cardamom, cucumber and orange peel on the nose. The flavor evolves through notes of cardamom, cucumber and finishes with a touch of ginger and cinnamon.  This product was designed for people who want to enhance their vodka cocktail with flavor but not be overpowered with flavor.
